Privacy policy
JobProof stores the information needed to create and publish customer-approved job stories: business settings, job details, photos, customer display names, testimonials, approval records, account identifiers, and basic usage counts.
How information is used
We use this information to operate workspaces, generate approval and public pages, prevent abuse, provide support, measure page views, understand which campaigns lead to product use, and manage subscriptions. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and advertising
JobProof records limited first-party events such as page visits, button clicks, proof creation, customer approval, and checkout activity. Campaign parameters and the referring page may be recorded without storing the referrer’s query string. If advertising integrations are enabled, Google or Meta may also receive events under their own privacy terms.
Customer consent
A proof remains private until the customer checks the consent box and approves the photos and words. Contractors are responsible for having permission to upload job photos and contact their customers.
Storage and service providers
Application records and photos are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. Payment information is handled by Polar when billing is enabled. Transactional email is handled by Resend when enabled. JobProof does not store full payment-card details.
Retention and choices
Workspace owners can delete proofs and their photos from the dashboard. To request workspace deletion, access, or correction, submit a request through support.
Security
JobProof separates records by workspace, validates uploads, rate-limits sensitive actions, and verifies provider webhooks. No online service can promise absolute security.
