Terms of service

By using JobProof, you agree to use it lawfully and only with content you have permission to upload and publish.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of your business information, photos, and testimonials. You grant JobProof permission to host and display that content only to provide the service. You must obtain any customer or property-owner permissions required for the photos and messages you upload.

Customer approval

JobProof records the approval action and publishes a proof only after the customer confirms the displayed photos and words. You may not misrepresent an approval or use JobProof to create deceptive reviews.

Plans and billing

When paid plans are enabled, subscription price and billing frequency are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Polar. You may cancel future renewal according to the checkout terms; fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, private, malicious, or misleading content; probe another workspace; overload the service; or bypass usage and security controls. We may remove content or suspend access to protect customers or the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available and may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobProof is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost business, or content submitted by users.
